At Clean House Melbourne, we believe trust begins with transparency. All cleaning and housekeeping services are carried out within the booked time frame, based on your priorities. Quotes are provided upfront in AUD (excluding GST), valid for 14 days, and may adjust for distance, access, or additional labour. Hours are calculated as person-hours (e.g. 2 cleaners × 4 hours = 8 total), and clients are encouraged to provide a clear priority list to ensure the most important areas are covered. Please ensure electricity, hot water, and parking are available on-site. For regular cleaning and housekeeping, clients must supply their own products and equipment. All bookings are secured by prepayments, with bank transfer (preferred payment method) or with a 2% surcharge for card payments and a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Our team uses premium, non-toxic cleaning products suitable for most surfaces and takes every precaution when caring for your home. However, Clean House Melbourne cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage such as scratches, flaking paint, or loose grout. If your property’s condition requires extra time or work, we’ll always confirm before proceeding. We stand by our Satisfaction Promise — if something isn’t right, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return promptly at no extra cost.
